At Kurti Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new kurti doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the kurti in its original packaging with all tags attached and ensure the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
